Zeidan Law office was founded in 1966 by Attorney at Law Antoine Y. Zeidan, and has since excelled in providing legal services in its broad and inclusive meaning. In 2017, Rania A. Zeidan, attorney at law with more than 16 years of experience at the time, joined the team as managing partner to completely reinvent the firm, becoming “Zeidan & Associates Attorneys at Law” (Z&A) while maintaining its high standards in the legal profession.

Antoine Zeidan is the founder of the Zeidan law Office since 1966.
He holds a dual Law Degree from both the Saint Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut and the LYON Academy in Paris.
Since then he has acquired a renowned experience as a litigator, a legal counselor and a consultant.
He has represented several local and international clients in Maritime cases, banking and insurance, and has represented several NGOs namely those related to what was once known as the Future House and relevant cooperatives.
Founder and Senior Partner
Rania Zeidan joined Zeidan & Associates in January 2017 as the Managing Partner and completely reinvented the Firm. She focuses on alternative dispute resolution, litigation and corporate restructuring, and has gained extensive legal experience in the NGO field by working closely and representing a number of International NGOs and Local NGOs, whether in the humanitarian, educational, social or entrepreneurial fields and sectors.
Prior to joining Zeidan & Associates, Rania was a Senior Associate and Litigator at the law firm of Kobeissi & Frangie from March 2010 till December 2016.
Prior to 2010, Rania assumed the role of a Junior then Senior Associate at the formerly known Zeidan Law Office.
Admitted to the Beirut Bar since 2001.
Speaks Arabic and English fluently, French and Spanish fairly.
Holds:
• A Masters in Law from the Lebanese University (2000)
• Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from the ESA Business School in Beirut and the ESCP Paris (2014)
Managing Partner
Maguy is a litigator and legal consultant with extensive experience in the judicial procedure and relations with ministries and different governmental authorities.
Maguy Joined Zeidan and Associates in 2010 as a junior associate and has since excelled in her domain and made Senior Associate in 2017.
Maguy handles all onsite registration formalities for Local and International NGOs and follows up directly with the relevant authorities.
Maguy holds a Masters in Law from the Lebanese University (2009).
